Life is full of surprises, and it places all the necessary tools on our path to move forward. We fully realized this one evening on an island in the Azores. Traveling is for us a source of discoveries and various nourishment. We appreciate earthly foods because they remind us that we are alive. Creation nourishes our souls and allows us to share our passions. Encounters, in turn, enrich us and broaden our horizons. We love stories because they awaken our imagination.
We avoid certainties, as they hinder reflection.

We are Laurent and David, and we thank you for your curiosity. Ours has pushed us to change our lives. A few months ago, we made the decision to leave behind our jobs and positions while retaining the human skills we acquired, which we wish to highlight in a different way. This is how “Atelier Sagrado” was born, a creative space dedicated to expression.

We emphasize fibers, color, construction, and texture. We bring stories to life, offering a second chance to objects filled with history. We bring forth desires and experiences to create a unique vision. What we design is often singular, just like each one of us. Each piece draws its inspiration from what nourishes us; we sketch them with passion and create them while imagining them already living in new environments. As artisans, we create with our hands.
